Mr. Bill Cobb

With a lifelong interest in robotics and electronics, Mr. Bill brings his enthusiasm for Arduino, robots, electronics, programming and engineering design.  He is a graduate of the Eastern Florida State College Engineering Technology program with specialization in robotics and mechatronics, and is currently attending Florida Tech in Computer Engineering.  He has experience in video editing, 3D graphics, soldering, and technical drawing.

Mr. Ethan Bair

Meet Mr. Ethan, a Mechanical Engineer, Maker, and STEM Mentor. With a strong background in additive manufacturing and a passion for 3D printing, Ethan brings hands-on expertise and real-world insight to every project. From guiding engineering teams toward their final product to sharing the creative potential of design and fabrication, he thrives at the intersection of innovation and education. Whether it’s prototyping a new idea or helping students bring their own designs to life, Ethan is driven by a deep desire to make STEM exciting and empowering for the next generation of problem-solvers.

Mr. Thomas Gingerelli

Mr. Tom is a Software Engineer and Technical Instructor. He is a graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology, holding a degree in Software Engineering. With a passion for technology and education, he brings a strong foundation in software development, hardware tinkering, and data analysis.

Pam Stone

Co-Founder & Chief Education Maverick

Pam holds a marketing degree from University of South Florida and an Executive MBA from Rollins College. She started her career in professional sales and moved through the ranks of product management, new product development, and business development. She remembers mainframe punch-cards and IRC on AOL. In the year 2000, she was the product launch manager for iPaq, the first wireless internet offering of Compaq Computers (now Hewlett Packard). She has acted as marketing & business consultant for small companies, and founded three of her own. She also brings the perspective of a homeschooling mom of four.

Mark Motzko

Co-Founder

Mark is an aerospace engineering professional with a specialty in rocket propulsion systems and over 40 years experience in the space launch vehicle industry. He had technical responsibility for propulsion components and systems on the Delta II and Delta IV launch vehicles, and he currently supports the NASA Launch Services Program (LSP), within the ELVIS 3 (Expendable Launch Vehicle Integrated Services 3) contract, as an Aerospace Engineering Advisor. In this role, he reviews and assesses the flight acceptability of launch vehicle propulsion hardware, both for fleet insight and for direct support of LSP-managed NASA missions.

Jacqueline Wayne

Chief of Compliance & Chaos

Jacqueline is a seasoned Finance and Accounting executive with over two decades of leadership experience across corporate finance, legal compliance, and strategic planning. She holds a degree from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctorate from Stanford University. She served as Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded company in Parker, Colorado, where she led financial strategy, SEC reporting, and corporate governance initiatives. She offers consulting services with guidance in areas such as financial oversight, risk management, compliance, and strategic development. She also brings the perspective of a former homeschooling parent.

Eugene Wade

Tech Advisor

Gene holds a BA in Secondary Education with majors in Math and Science from the University of Northern Iowa, and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Iowa. He has been in the Melbourne area for over 40 years. His professional background includes more than 20 years in electronics engineering with ECI (now Raytheon) and Harris (now L3Harris), during which he was awarded several patents in electronics. He is a licensed Amateur Radio operator (KD4EEL) and has actively supported FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics teams for over seven years, mentoring students and building robots using Arduino and Raspberry Pi platforms. Currently, he is a member of the Melbourne Maker Space, where he participates in and supports workshops spanning arts, crafts, woodworking, metalworking, electronics, and pottery, reflecting his commitment to hands-on STEM education and community engagement.
