Student Behavior Policy (Effective Date 3/30/2025)

The equipment used in our classrooms is designed to enhance the learning experience. However, some equipment is potentially hazardous if not handled properly. For the safety of all students, it is crucial that every student demonstrates the necessary emotional maturity and responsibility to use the equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. If a student is unable to do so, he will be asked to immediately leave the classroom to ensure the safety of himself and others, and may be prohibited from enrolling in future programs at Spark Innolab..

While we strive to support the needs of every student, it is important to note that our program is not equipped to manage challenges related to emotional or behavioral needs that may lead to disruptions in the classroom. If it is determined that a student is unable to participate in a safe and constructive manner, we will request the student seek an educational experience from a program better suited to his needs.

Our program has a strict no-tolerance policy for any form of aggression, bullying, or harmful behavior. This includes but is not limited to hitting, pushing, fighting, or making or threatening any physical contact that may cause harm. It also includes name-calling, mocking, or any behavior intended to harm or belittle others. Students engaging in aggression, bullying, or harmful behavior will face immediate consequences, which may include suspension or expulsion, depending on the severity of the incident.

We expect all students to:

• Treat others with kindness, respect, and consideration.
• Focus on the task at hand without disrupting other students.
• Follow the guidance and instructions of teachers and staff.
• Respect the equipment and property of the school.
• Be emotionally and mentally prepared to engage in classroom activities.
