Spark Innolab was founded in 2025. Meet our team!

Mr. Cobb

With a lifelong interest in robotics and electronics, Mr. Cobb brings his enthusiasm for Arduino, robots, electronics, programming and engineering design.  He is a graduate of the Eastern Florida State College Engineering Technology program with specialization in robotics and mechatronics, and is currently attending Florida Tech in Computer Engineering.  He has experience in video editing, 3D graphics, soldering, and technical drawing.

Mr. Ethan

Meet Mr. Ethan, a Mechanical Engineer, Maker, and STEM Mentor. With a strong background in additive manufacturing and a passion for 3D printing, Ethan brings hands-on expertise and real-world insight to every project. From guiding engineering teams toward their final product to sharing the creative potential of design and fabrication, he thrives at the intersection of innovation and education. Whether it’s prototyping a new idea or helping students bring their own designs to life, Ethan is driven by a deep desire to make STEM exciting and empowering for the next generation of problem-solvers.

Mr. Grant

Mr. Grant is a lifelong lover of history and a tutor with 14 years of experience in Brevard county. He holds a history degree from the University of Central Florida and is owner of Advantage U Learning in Suntree.

Mr. Kyle

Currently studying Physics and Aerospace Engineering at the Florida Institute of Technology, Mr. Kyle brings his love for physics, automotive modification and repair, statistics, calculus and algebra to the team. He is able to relate to the advantages and experience of homeschooling students, as he was homeschooled while traveling and living abroad in New Zealand. He is a current member of MENSA Society and has enjoyed mentoring peers and students throughout his time in high school and college

Mr. Robert

Mr. Bob joined NASA out of college, where he was a test engineer on both Apollo and Lunar Excursion Module Teams, and lead engineer for the Lunar Rovers. He then moved to design engineering and worked on the Shuttle Launch Processing System. After retiring from NASA in 1999, he started a small business selling personal computer equipment, and designed CNC equipment. He became involved with amateur radio in 2022, and began teaching technician, general, and extra licensing classes for AARL. He’s thrilled to introduce youth to amateur radio!

Mr. Red

Mr. Red owned a small engine repair company for nearly a decade, and is currently a general contractor. He is also a welder and a handyman, and has been a truck driver. He has experience leading groups of teens through taking apart and rebuilding small engines. He’s looking forward to passing these important life skills to the next generation.

Ms. Angel

Ms. Angel is an aerospace engineering major at Florida Tech.

Mr. Brody

Mr. Brody is a computer engineering major at Florida Tech with a love for logic and a hands-on approach to technology. He’s just as happy debuggin hardware on a breadboard as he is solving algorithmic problems. He believes the best way to learn is by doing. That curiosity drives him to spend his free time building projects that help him visualize math and understand machine architecture.

Mr. Blake

Mr. Blake is an Applied Mathematics undergraduate at Florida Institute of Technology with interests in machine learning explainability. He is an assistant researcher in FLorida Tech’s NEural TransmissionS (NETS) Lab, where he supports machine/deep learning work. He also tutors a wide range of mathematics courses from secondary through upper-division college.

Pam Stone
